Delete your Brikoula account

How to delete your Brikoula account and personal data — from the app or by request — and what is deleted or kept.

Brikoula (Android, iOS and app.brikoula.online) is published by DZ CODERS. You can permanently delete your Brikoula account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in one of two ways.

Fastest

1. Delete it in the app

  1. Open Brikoula on your phone or at app.brikoula.online and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Preferences.
  3. Tap “Delete Account”, then confirm with “Yes, Delete My Account”.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.

2. Ask us by email

  1. Email us from any address, or use the button below — it pre-fills the request.
  2. Include the phone number you used to sign up so we can find your account.
  3. We may contact you on that number to confirm the account is yours, then delete it and confirm by email.

What we delete

  • Your profile: name, phone number, email address and profile photo
  • Your requests, offers, pins and the photos you published
  • Your preferences, saved filters and location data
  • Your sign-in sessions on every device

What we may keep, and for how long

  • Payment and coin transaction records (reference, amount, date, status), for as long as Algerian accounting and tax law requires.
  • Limited records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or requested by a legally authorised authority, only for as long as that obligation lasts.
  • Copies in our backups, which are overwritten within 90 days.
